Terms of Service

By accessing or using the NeverSEO application, you agree to comply with and be bound by the following Terms of Service. If you do not agree to any part of these terms, please do not use our services.

1. Service Description

NeverSEO is an end-to-end SEO management and AI writing system that provides tools to analyze, plan keywords (Topical Map), and generate optimized content. We provide interfaces to interact with third-party Large Language Models (LLMs) (such as OpenAI, Anthropic, Google) via your own API Keys or through our subscription plans.

2. Account and User Responsibilities

  • You are responsible for maintaining the confidentiality of your login credentials and for all activities that occur under your account (Organization).
  • You agree to provide accurate information when setting up your account and integration configurations.
  • In the event you input your own API Key (BYOK - Bring Your Own Key), you are solely responsible for any usage costs incurred on that AI provider's platform.

3. Intellectual Property Rights

You retain full ownership of the content (articles, images) generated through the system using your account. However, the software architecture, interface, and processing workflows (Gating, Prompt chaining) are copyrighted by SaoLabs.

4. Acceptable Use Policy

Users are not permitted to:

  • Use the system to create content that violates laws, opposes the State, or infringes on third-party copyrights.
  • Attack, interfere with, or compromise the security of the NeverSEO system.
  • Automate extraction (spam, scraping) using unauthorized bots against the web interface.

5. Disclaimer of Liability

NeverSEO does not guarantee ranking results on Google or other search engines, as rankings depend on many practical factors (domain authority, backlinks, algorithm changes). AI-generated content is for reference only, and you are responsible for quality control (QC) before publishing.

6. Changes to the Terms

We reserve the right to update the Terms of Service at any time. Changes will take effect immediately upon being posted on this page. Your continued use of the application signifies your acceptance of the new terms.
